In Case of Cash on delivery: Upon receiving the package, you can open the package and check it, you can receive the package and pay the whole receipt amount or you can return it back with Shipping representative and not receive it, in this case you will pay just shipping Fees

Should you wish to exchange or refund an item, please follow the steps bellow:

Return Shipping Fees will be applied as follows:

If the item(s) received are faulty, or If the item(s) received are not the correct ones and do not correspond to your order in any way, return shipping is free of charge.

If you changed your mind, the shipping cost will be supported by you and it will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return/Exchange Time Policy: If the item is faulty, the return time is 7 days from the date of delivery. For any other reason, the return policy is 7 days from the date of delivery
